The project, constructed by CCG (Scotland) on behalf of New Gorbals Housing Association, was designed by Page/Park Architects and consists of 31 units comprising one and two-bedroom flats for social rent.
Conceived as a series of towers, the building is a leading example of architectural design that has transformed a vacant brownfield site into a new city landmark, completing the Gorbals Crown Street masterplan after thirty years of regeneration.
Arc-Tech MU provided a full turnkey, Multi-Utility package for the development with the design, supply, and installation of Gas, Water, and Electric Mains solutions supporting the main construction programme. Find out more, HERE.
The development’s challenging and compact site location adjacent to residential schemes and Laurieston Road required Arc-Tech MU’s project management expertise to ensure an efficient installation with minimal intrusion on the surrounding community.
