West Lothian Council, Livingston
Arc-Tech MU has helped to support two, Council-led, new build developments in Livingston that have delivered a combined 58 affordable homes.
Located at Deans South and Eagle Brae, both projects were led by CCG (Scotland) on a full design & build basis with both sites undertaking dramatic change; Deans South was formerly a large storage facility whilst Eagle Brae was once home to post-war housing stock, both of which were in a state of disrepair prior to construction.
Each site is now home to high-quality, highly energy-efficient homes managed by the Council for social rent that have both responded to local tenancy demand with between 2-4 bedrooms provided alongside specially-designed homes for the elderly and wheelchair users.
