The former Drumoyne Primary School in Glasgow was transformed into a residential development by Linthouse Housing Association with support from Arc Tech MU. The £10.2m project includes the retention of the school building’s façade, the conversion of the janitor’s house, and the construction of family homes.
Arc-Tech MU provided gas and electric services for the development, including design approval, installation of mains and services, and excavation work.
