The CCG Group stands among the finalists for this year’s Scottish Home Awards with 7 nominations across 6 categories. Arc-Tech MU is a proud subsidiary of the CCG Group.
MU’s expertise in multi-utility services has been integral to the success of the Western Villages project in Granton, where we provided comprehensive water and electrical solutions for the 444-home net zero carbon development. The project has been announced as a finalist for the Community Contribution Award. CCG has been able to deliver a wide range of locally-based initiatives since commencing construction in June 202 since construction began in June 2022 including job creation (14), access to trade apprenticeships (9) and site-based work placements (5), as well as engagement with schools and donating charities.
Arc-Tech MU has also been instrumental in the regeneration of Glasgow’s Meat Market and Dundashill Plot 3. The multi-utility contributions have facilitated the creation of 251 homes at the Meat Market and 90 Passivhaus homes at Dundashill, enhancing the north of Glasgow’s urban fabric.
Lastly, MU has contributed to the transformation of the former Calderwood Lodge Primary School into the opulent Calderwood Lodge development. Our multi-utility services have supported the project’s nomination for multiple awards, including Show Home of the Year, Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale), and Housing Development of the Year Small (Private Sale).
Arc-Tech MU extends heartfelt thanks to all clients, partners, and stakeholders who have been part of this journey. We eagerly anticipate the Scottish Home Awards ceremony on June 13th, where we hope to celebrate these collective achievements.
